The fact that the actions take place in USA instead  Canada tend to means that a JV with an International or American partner is in the air over a local nomination of a new CEO and success at Merit factory.

I am not getting too excited as slow and steady would be best, in my opinion. A nice slow steady climb supported by new CEO, Merit sales and new JV would be ideal.

I'm my source. I've worked with companies listed on NASDAQ.  There is a requirement to maintain a minimum listing price of at least $1.00US. In the event that a company's share price closes at under $1 for 30 CONSECUTIVE trading days, a deficiency notice will be sent.  It only takes one day closing at $1 or greater to break the string of 30 consecutive trading days. Will be fast and furious.

I am also hoping for all 3 this year Capital, I just prefer not to see a rise to near $6 on a hope an a prayer like we saw prior to the big drop. I believe in Burcon and what is possible, jI ust want to see the next up phase backed up by sales and revenue.
