Theres only one way...stop dithering!
It is entirely beleivable that the auditor has left for its own reasons and not of any unknowns within the conmpany. No doubts the departure has been handled poory in terns of timing BUT it is a case of here we go again ...yet another body blow, or several to the company and underlying stock price and US, its long suffering shareholders!
As for Nasdaq why we ever joined is a mystery ...To go this route requires management to be certain of reasonable institutional interest and following by analysts who buy into the story, along with a strong internal PR drive and strategy. Without this knowledge and commitment from within then it simply made no sense to list! And clearly there was NO US analyst interest was there! Lets not talk about amateur hour PR from within!
When we look at the resumes of management and the board they are a well seasoned group and between them bring a very high level of experience. That being said however their combined actions or rather inactions are not evident as the SP languishes down 90% from its year ago highs! I'm losing confidence in them..anyone else feel the same?
Where are they on the CEO? The promised new JV has been talked to death for well over a year? The dismal perfomance of the Merit plant that is way behind plan? It really is time to stop the rhetoric and show some steely management! Time for good news ASAP or please lets have a clearout at the top!

#Alternative: Burcon was/is a joke. Tergesen was a naive dreamer and a puppet. There are many patents that cannot be commercialised!!!

Nevertheless, I will sell one of my 500,000 shares at these prices! You can count on it!

Summer, and there are many patents that DO get commercialized. As usual, you are glass half empty!

Having failed to make a profit on its patents in a booming market for over 20 years, it is doubtful that this will change in the future. ADM has failed at this, Merit is still struggling, with Nestle's interest appearing to be gone. Burcon's products are too expensive and too unstable to produce and use.
