Concerns About Baylin
1) Does (relatively) new CEO Leighton Carroll still live and work out of Atlanta Georgia, or does he now live in Toronto? I realize in the age of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. it's much easier to work remotely, but I like to see the head of the company work out of corporate headquarters, not 1,000 miles away.
2) Balance Sheet as at September 30, 2021 shows total liabilities of 82.65M (about the same as it was 9 months ago as at December 31, 2020) and shareholders' equity at 27.52M for a debt-to-equity ratio of 3.00. Not good IMO. Any plans on paying it down soon, or are they waiting for sales to explode?
3) Does BYL have any ongoing issues with supply chain management that may impede their efforts to increase sales and reduce their quarterly operating losses (see latest Income Statement (or "Loss Statement" in BYL's case) for the periods ending September 30, 2021?
I realize this is a pessimistic post, but Stephen Takacsy's rave review of this company on today's BNN Market Call show made me take a closer look at the company and it doesn't seem to be the screaming value he portrays it to be. Also notice he's been bullish on this stock for quite some time, only to see its share price fall further and further. If it's even more of an outstanding value now that it was when he made it a Top Pick of his one year ago, why isn't it one of the new Top Picks he presented today, or are the three other stocks making it to Top Pick status even more undervalued than BYL is......?

I agree, I sold off when it went over $1 a few weeks ago and made a small gain. Going to sit tight now and see what happens. Should it drop back into the high .70 I may take a shot again as a gamble. Takacsy is quite the salesman on this one, his other favorate was DWS but that has done nothing and he hasnt mentioned it for a while so I think that has been swept under the carpet.

Also note from Q3/21 results, they have breakeven for the last 2 months. I expect Q4/21 will be at least brekeven or even some small profit. Let us wait and see.

Probably true, but if the book is $1 why is it trading at 90 cents ??? Again thats exactly what Takacsy said on BNN but it doesnt seem to attaract investors.
