CCA should buy ATUS

CCA could offer 15 US$ per share for Altice US.

It would be a good fit in US North Eastern markets for future expansion of CCA while representing a great share price premium for ATUS shareholders!

ATUS is levered to the hilt NetDebt/EBITDA is well above 6x and CCA ~3.7. So you want two already highly leveraged companies to combine? No thanks. Hard to believe the Audet family could have got $150+/share not too long ago. Instead the stock is wallowing at 100. At least they're doing a new NCIB for ~7% of the float. In any case, ATUS EV way bigger than CCA. ATUS would be the acquirer, not CCA. ATUS MC 4.2B EV 30.7B CCA MC 3.8B EV 7.6B
