Cameco stock price/ uranium price disconnect

Can anyone out there expain to me why the stock price is up without the unranium price being higher. There does seem to be a disconnect. Oil stocks will go up and down daily with the price of oil. If this move up in the stock price is in anticipation of tight supply down the road, we must be in for a huge run!
