BAD MOVE

I've tried looking at this at every possible angle, trying to see the benefit for the company and shareholders.  From EVERY angle, to my eyes this looks like one THE worse deals I've ever seen. Imho, this makes NO sense.

Seems like all Westinghouse could do was to run up a tab on their business. Were they at all profitable in their field of expertise? Makes me wonder what Brookfield and Cameco know that W.E.C. didn't.

Exactly Jx.  Brookfield is a strong and reputable partner.   This transaction to me is so out of left field.  But I'll stay the course.  Always good to diversify.
