From Jeff

I got this email yesterday and as you can see there's a lot going on. So as we've been saying patience if you are an investor We here all believe that CEMATRIX is undervalued at this time, the entire junior market is very weak right now. You are right that I cannot comment further but rest assured there is a lot going on behind the scenes that will be made public when management is able. Jeff

did he mention about the .30 warrants that will expire this August?
Comment by vinmick on Jul 13, 2021 10:12am
The expiration of those warrants in august could be the source of the shares that are being sold and beating down the price of the stock.  If that's the case , hopefully with some good news this thing can reverse its trend by mid august.

You can exercise your warrants before their expiration date
Comment by kingscorpion on Jul 13, 2021 10:58am
Before I ask him the questions How many millions of warrants at .30c, if anyone knows? If the stock price is coming down because of these warrants then that already tells you that, all this has nothing to do with company fundementals. So be patient and pick your point of entry and perhaps average down where you see fit.

Look at the august 26, 2019 news release.  Looks like about 11,000,000 warrants to be converted at 30 cents before august 26th of this year.

Let's not forget if company decides that they don't need the money then they can let these warrants expire worthless. The company still has .20c per share in cash
Comment by Rafaholic on Jul 13, 2021 11:37am
How many of those warrants has been converted?
Comment by Alwayscrazy on Jul 13, 2021 11:47am
It's very confusing, should more details, what positive or negative? ??,it can't be negative, its already down too far, we never expected that from. 82c to 46,it's brutal

That would be to hard to know at this point.  The holders could let them expire but that doesn't make sense.  Convert at 30 cents and sell them 15 cents higher in the market.

They might consider the dilution factor Thats all
