Acquisition/s will come
So you are the CEO and thinking of making an acquisitions Would you buy a complementary company or would you buy a rival ? Personally if I had $20 mil in cash as CVX does and if I was spending $10 mil to make 2 acquisitions i would try to buy 1 rival and one complementary companies $5 mil a.piece

V.FBF A small cap with a market cap of under $4 mil serving British Colombia with only 9 mil shares outstanding can be easily tucked in by CVX Profitable with E/S= .03c Perhaps he can have a look at this company and buy them out around $3 mil

Jeff clearly said both are being considered (rivals/complementary). They are looking at US compannies and expansion. They are traveling too far to compete with jobs in Texas. Doubt they would even consider a Canadian company. They are already here and are speding money on expansion.

what kind of companies revenue we're looking at? 5M/year..10M....15? East of U.S? Jeff said there was 2 major company in California so i think we should skip the west . Moving south but not too much? Missouri/ Kansas?

that would narrow it down Missouri/Kansas/Pennsylvania....they could even buy south of Illinois since they got a foot in chicago
