King, perfect storm is brewing

Like you I am amazed, but we are looking at a perfect storm brewing, increasing covid cases in the US especially, south and south east.  Inflation, supply shortages, labour shortage and wage adjustments.  Nothing about company fundamentals matters except the view on whether any new contracts actually get started and paid for.  Hunker down, it will get worse before better.  

Cash will be the only risk free asset. outside of inflation.

CVX has no supply issue and if you wanna know why then read all these pages down to the 20th page As for COVID, time will tell, as some of their big contracts start in Q2 and beyond by then COVID ! What COVID!! One director just bought 300000 just yesterday and higher price then current price with his own money Does he look worried No Why because they have the insights into what's going to

I agree with you , my point is  as I have written, In the view of the larger market,,,, "Nothing about company fundamentals matters except the view on whether any new contracts actually get started and paid for"   The  larger macro "market" view is that the future will put all small cap industrial stocks at risk.  I am not selling and will be rewarded

For that, time will tell I am however optimistic the contracts will get done one by one and if we can get CVX on webcast next week on Tuesday then perhaps he can further solidify CVX s commitment for next years revenue results. As for today's price action Is one of the directors still adding to his tally cause soon after 5i s research came out a couple.of days ago the stock came down. Amazing!
