New low coming.  This sucks.  I wish it would just go out of business and go to zero.  Put us out of our misery.  They will probably give the COVID is slowing things down excuse.  Meanwhile, everyday I see more construction going on than I have even seen in my life.  Jokes and lies.   l

How many weeks has it been since the stock has an up day?

It's being manipulated and kept down, just my opinion. I bought a bunch at 34.5 this afternoon and only one small order remained. Shortly after the ask dropped to 34 cents, which made no sense, and soon after 33 cents, all on a strong green day in the markets. Regardless, at some point this will run when those in control say so. Until then, it's a buy at these levels.

At this point I'm serioulsy hoping this craters to 20cents and hopefully soon.  In my opinion absolutely nothing has changed with this company except the share price.  Looking forward to tax loss selling and hopefully Jeff stays quiet until next year.  I thought 40cents was a good entry price but 20 is even better.

After  starting my initial position months, I have begun buying as of Wednesday, and will likely continue on a regular basis going forward now, unless there is another dilutionary announcement, then I will hold off. Cheers!

People I am asking this question for your opinion. Could it be that after doing the pp at .65c CVX could consider buying some of its shares back as the price is coming down Since we know the market makers institutions and the company are in bed all together. They could plan a lot of plots behind the scenes. They got $25 mil by doing pp at .65 Who is to say when the share price comes down to where ...more

I'm definitely not in favour of CVX (or any growth micro caps) to be buying back their stock (NCIB). The money was raised to grow the fundamentals of the business either organically or through acquisition.
Comment by Aarman4 on Dec 04, 2021 3:47am
No offense to you, but if management assumes that they can get a better return on capital by using the NCIB instead of "growing fundamentals", AND they are correct, than as a shareholder I sure as heck hope that is the choice they make, elsewise I will be jumping ship as soon as a better boat comes along. If the CEO has $10mil in his hand, and he can turn that into $20mil of value FOR ...more

Aarman4.  That is very well worded and I am of the same train of thought.  Thumbs up!

I put this opinion to get your views on it But it does make sense that CVX could load up on shares and still have enough money to acquire other companies Mean while they are making money and revenues will start to increase starting Q4 and going into next year. So now what we want is to find out if this is the case When one of us calls them to ask about this. When they start buying of course if ...more

They can only buy up to 10% of outstanding shares on an annual basis I believe are the rules.
Comment by vinmick on Dec 03, 2021 8:54am
I mentioned that last week.  Normal course issuer bid.  They can buy back up to 10%.
Comment by TopStockBuy on Dec 03, 2021 10:56am
I have a theory but no proof to back it up but when a PP is done and you have several institutional buyers involved, and the price falls below the PP.  I think they end up shorting their own stock to make up for it.  Throw in all the warrants and now just bad markets in general and tax loss selling season = low share price.  Otherwise, nothing has changed at Cematrix.  $40M ...more
