May be the reason for the stock going this low. The stock was $ 0.85 earlier this year and investor's may be capitulating. If the US budget drama ever stops and Covid ever lets up some other measures have to be taken to force recovery. IE weaning the labor force required off of government funding and getting people gainfully employed again. This is not an issue unique to CVX, it's all jndutsry in N.America. Looking back long term we may hit strong support at $ 0.20 before it gets better.
