Chart looks very bullish at this point...

Poised for a strong move upwards like we saw last January... Adding down here is a no brainer... looking to accumulate 200,000 shares in CVX... 75% done so far.

No brainer indeed.  They've already landed the contracts.  If they book $40M+ as expected this year, easy double from here.  Close to $90M in backlog and something tells me they won't go an entire year without adding significantly to that backlog.  A couple big announcements ($10+ M) and we could easily see new highs.
