And yes I mean CVX has 86 mil contracts That has an intrinsic value Ontario just unveiled 2.6 billion infrastructure spending plan and extra $500 mil just for bridges CVX being the biggest cc in Ontario and across Canada and arguably north America is bound to get a good chunk of that
