Ontario PC budget ROADS

Talking about a bridge between Niagara on the Lake and St. Catherine's. Interesting. Increasing the budget by $4 billion for new infrastructure.

I've held this since .52 then averaged down to .37 break even. With all the capital projects announced the stock has to pop. The markets got rocked again today and it didn't move. If it stays around .30 into May, it should be a good time to add. I don't see a downside. Lafarge could always buy it too.

If lafarge doesn't buy it up, some other construction company will. I heard through the grapevine that SNC Lavalin has come on board with potentially using Cematrix's product technology. The more the big players start making it a standard for their day to day operations, this could go crazy.

I heard it through the grapevine I believe is Aretha Franklin song, and yours is just alousy rumor. Something does not jive I agree. Can anybody explain why, if the product is so good can't full fill that lousy 100mil. contract.
