Convertibles in 2023

Let's talk about the convertibles due sometimes early next year For these to be exersized the s.p needs to go up to .40c zone Any thoughts? I can't remember the dates or the amount of convertibles Didnt Bush tell you VINnie the pooh to "Go drain your pipes" You should listen to him

Getting up in age so can only drain them 5 times daily.  Lol. 5x3 is only 15 minutes.  Lol.  If they are due soon then they might have to buy the convertible out on the principal.   Because I think you are right about the 40 cent conversion price.

Is the convertible debenture you are referring to come in to play because it was part of the MixOnSite or PIGCO takeover?

That I don't know All I know is convertibles in March/April with a strike price of .40c This means s.p needs to go up to .40c for these to be exersized then you have the warrants at .65c with strike price of .81c This one needs to go up to .81c in order for these warrants to be exersiced. I have seen dead stocks out of no where going up 250-400% to strike price in order for these warrants to ...more
