That new issue they did two years ago killed us. Anyways, it's time to move on. It will come down to getting new contracts. Like I mentioned a few weeks back, from one news report to the next there was a $400 million increase in potential new contracts they were tendering on. The university of Waterloo, Lafarge and Cematrix studies results should be in soon. I
