Summary

On the whole, we feel that the performance shown by CEMATRIX can be open to many interpretations. While the company does have a high rate of profit retention, its low rate of return is probably hampering its earnings growth. Having said that, looking at current analyst estimates, we found that the company's earnings growth rate is expected to see a huge improvement. Are these analysts expectations based on the broad expectations for the industry, or on the company's fundamentals?

Well said Lwillindon and prospector To Lwillindons point I said the company should start to buy back its shares a year 2 years or 3 years from now so that lower total shares outstanding would result in higher EPS If shares were reduced to 100 mil from 135 mil it would probabaly increase EPS by 25-30% All they have to do is announce say a 5 year plan where by they will spend 200k to 500k per year ...more
