ACQUISITION......WHY NOT??

Yesterday Cematrix announced a more than doubling increase in credit facilities with CIBC.....(from $3M to $8M)

It's reassuring to see how healthy Cematrix's finances are......And who knows maybe an acquisition before entering the TSX.....Why not??

CVX , HAS NO ATTENTION TO DO ANY ACQUISITION AS LONG AS CVX BELOW ONE$ , THE REASON WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE, WHEN CVX ABOVE A BUCK IT POSSIBLE , DUE TO OTHER COMPANY SHARE IF TOO HIGH,BUT WHEN CVX HIGH THEY WANT SHARES INSTEAD MONEY, l DID DISCUSS THAT WITH CVX , A LOT OF THINGS YOU DO NOT KNOW  l DO KNOW.

I am not claiming that Cematrix is going to make an acquisition.....I am emphasizing the fact that their finances are healthy and that they could afford a small acquisition.   I am totally 100% certain that if this were the case, Jeff would not discuss it with anyone and he would even deny it a day before the official announcement

I spoke with Jeff. They are still planing to uplist. Acquistion wouldn't be until 2025 if they can find one worth purchasing.

I don't think they need to make an acquisition.  They can just keep expanding into new areas with their technology because it is unique.
