Why did he do the new issue so soon if they won't being buying until next year.  The price would be probably in the 70's and by the time they need the money , they could be doing a new issue over $1.00.  Bad timing as usual.

If you sold out why do you spend so much time on this board. Isn't it time to move onto something else? Why continue to fill your life with what you believe is negativity?

Seriously man you didn't ask the most important question that they should tie their bonuses to s.p performance If they get the s.p to .80c they then get to enjoy their bonuses They don't get the s.p to .80c they should get nothing. This way their interest is more lined up with shareholders

Kingscorpion, we all know the proposition you want to submit to Jeff. Personally I believe that no company would accept this, but maybe I'm wrong...... If so, can you name me a company that operates this way and has success with it?
Comment by kingscorpion on Aug 24, 2024 10:57pm
Tony There are companies that have excepted this because of the pressure investors with large position put on the company There aren't many but few have done it. If the company excepts it They don't have to do it forever or even a long time Just enough time to get the s.p to 1st target price and 2nd target price. This way their interest is more lined up with investors and they don't ...more

Too many chart followers "gamblers", they follow the chart not the company. I think the company is doing not too badly. I think it's better for the company and the shareholders to concentrate on the business than the shareprice. Eventually the short-term gamblers will wake-up.

I agree the Q2 was soft compared to the last 3 releases but it was still an improvement. We had the best first 1/2 on record. The job of the CEO is to run the business and bring value not worry about the share price. If he does well the share price will be rewarded. Like people have said before its not uncommon to see the share price come down after an uplist.
