Protecting your capital is number #1 with a bullet. Otherwise you'll have nothing to move forward with. Another important thing to remember is being able to admit to yourself that you made a mistake. A prudent, disciplined investor will live to c another day! Where as an investor that's cocky and narcissistic will lose consistently over time. Not willing to admit to yourself that you've made a mistake can be very costly indeed! Cheers and good luck to all. These are just tidbits of imformation I've picked up over the 25 years of trading.
