Fixed costs ! I don't know what fixed costs are touted but fuel , wages and other expenses are definitely not fixed costs. Even the cost of their raw materials probably aren't fixed. I'm sure there  protected somewhat in the near future but with the rapid pace of inflation I'm sure companies aren't willing to stick out their necks. Like people have talked about, this should be a great qwarter. But boy the lack of incoming contracts is starting to show. Good luck everyone

To Rockit The last time Jeff talked about it, (not so long ago), its fixed costs were around $30M / year. Of course, with inflation, these numbers could change over time, except that it gives us an idea of what it takes for Cematrix to declare net earnings. The next time someone has the opportunity to ask management, it would be good to confirm whether the fixed costs are unchanged or if they ...more
