Undervalued

Howcome nobodys talking about how undervalued this is?

Even after RBC lowered their FMV from $3.50 to $3.00 this company's sitting at $1.86?

That's a substantial spread... This is a no brainer, like buying houses in the states after the 2008 crash.

Before $3.5 RBC had target price of $4, surely not an analyst to follow. I bought some 30k shares recently, have a feeling that's I might be too early again, just like last time. :D Will probably buy more if it falls further, depending on lumber prices. The only hope for CFF, as I see it, is buyout.
