BC lumber prices

Everything has been said.

Listening to the CC will tell you that demand is very strong.

This is far from over.Selling prices of all lumber stocks while up
are far away from reflecting the actual and future profitability and 
balance strenght.

These guys have all the tools to create a lot more wealth for patient investors like me

Agreed. We are in sync. Based on Friday's lumber futures and a couple of conservative assumptions gets earnings for CFP of $15-$18 a share for 2021.Giving the earnings a  4 PE, (only slightly above the concensus PE of 3.7 times derieved from  the current estimate of $.11.28 and $42 target), gives a price target tof $60 to $72. At that level a 20%  dividend pay-out ratio seems ...more
