Canfor vs. Interfor

Based upon consensus estimates of 2021 annual earnings I see no reason for Interfor to trade at  a 30% premium PE to Canfor, as both trade in relation to lumber future pricing.

All lumber company will do very good in 2022 and probably well beyond.I use to own CFP but sold it  only because of the better location production of IFP VS.CFP. Also, the new management at IFP seems to be taking all the right decisions.They are growing the company big time while paying low ball prices. They are very good capital allocators and seems to be very conservative with the ...more

Myprefrence for IFP is that they are in the process of buying back 10% of their shares, recent acquisitions increase geographical diversity and increased production. Current prices are good for both.
