.18 hostile bid from Wilks brothers

So the reconstruction plan isn't going accordingly to wilks brothers. They just launched a hostile bid at .18 cents Canadian per share. Let's see what's next

This whole crew of mud-slingers makes me laugh. We have this rich comment from the management recapitalization group that state this: Fact:Wilks Brothers' Proposal cannot be executed and would make Calfrac subservient to a competitor. The reality is that the management group has G2S2 which is the same group that helped restructure Bonavista. G2S2 is another way to say it is Clarke Inc ...more

who should share holders vote for , what is in best interest of shareholders to get money back invested in shares.?

Unfortunately both of these groups want it for cheap is likely right.  But atleast there is a hostile bid.  However, both are bad for share holders.  Restructuring in both cases likely means shareholders get pennies on the dollar in a forced sale.  Then it is taken private and merged with another company.  I for one would rather get shares in the merged company.  I am ...more
