Best case scenario

As a shareholder, voting for either is not a good choice. Both sides want to take dollar for penny here and take control of this company. The best case scenario is they bid against themselves for shares. I personally would be holding on to my shares cuz I know it is worth at least 0.18 cents per share right now.

Wilks already have made offr of 18 cents, if shareholders vote against Management Transaction, it will lead both parties to bid higher than 18 cents? which is in favor of shareholders.

Shareholders need to vote down managements deal. With Wilks, guaranteed to get at least $0.18/share if not more if someone bids it up.

I would be inclined to take the Wilks offrer as well. However I would leave it as long as possible to make the committment, in the event a superior offer comes along. Then the two groups can sort it out amongst themselves. Wilks is heavy in the 2nd lien secured debentures as I recall. There should be a real good cat fight if it gets that far. Too bad they are not selling tickets, and it will ...more
