Not sure why in the worle

Not sure why Centerra down makes no sense to me. This is a gold stock paying a 3%plus dividend. Ex dividend date Nov 13. Company buying back 10% of its shares starting tomorrow. Some analysts think it is a buyout candidate. Screaming buy IMO.
