Consolidation 6.5 to 1

I guess now we know why the shareprice has been so weak...not that it should make any difference but the market nearly always punishes a junior that does a reverse split.

The market also punishes bad decissions... turning down a offer of .096 when it was trading @ .03 just so they can - dilute - reverse split - rinse - repeat This ticker will continue to go no where for years to come, but at least board members will still have their bonus, options and salaries.  Best option for shareholders...lol   When you read that, you know your dealing with ...more

There is nothing about further dilution in the proposed consolidation plan. No-one made an offer of 9.6 cents (which still looks too cheap for the whole company). It is not clear if Carlisle could unwind the AuRico JV, they had received $5m and ...more

Nord Gold has told me they were aware of Carlisle talking with Aurico and had asked management to " Let them " make an offer before signing any deals with Aurico. The root problem to all of this is Carlisle Management " made ...more
