GCU got acquired

for around 56m. share transaction.

CGJ valued at 11m dollars and 8m in the bank account. what a joke.

CGJ could have been taken out by Nordgold. Offer was over 9 cents at the time (pre-split) or above 58 cents in todays price. I remember how many people on the board here were bashing the deal which was great hence me taking a position here. AUQ should have bought the company with a counter offer at the time and could have issued a portion in shares for investors who wanted to stick along for the ...more

well, never the Nordgold formal offer made to the management team. But the value is the value. sooner than later it will be acquired by AGI. if we consider the cash position Cgj hold, market only value 40% of the JV project and other project 4 million dollars.

THERE NEVER WAS AN OFFER. No matter how many times you post that Nord Gold made an offer it will not be true. That is what people here bashed - the fact that Nord Gold never made an offer but instead tried to sucker the market into thinking they would. CGJ rose nearly 50% but still to only 2/3rds of the fake offer price (because the pros knew what Nord Gold was up to). Adding the CFO from Alamos ...more
