not happy

what the f are they doing mgmt - there is no need to sell at the bottom of the market - they signed an agreement to take the deposit through to feasibility and drill out the high grade - what on earth is going through there stupid minds - this could be 2dollar plus in 12-18 months.  

seriously TSX is a scam - they have cash and a partner - why give the asset over.  how can this be in the best interest of shareholders - I'm voting no way.

well, you aren't exactly losing the deposit, if gold is headed up, then AGI is likely to follow it up nicely. stock is nearly at a 3 year high after languishing in the .20's, and you get shares and warrats to boot. I'll vote yes and watch agi follow gold for a while.   Nosleep

Agree..... VERY unhappy with this takeover. There is only one explanation for this ridiculous move and unfortunately it seems to be the new way of doing takeovers. Management will be paid huge amounts or are offered a financially extremely interesting position with the new firm in return for a low ball take out. Guess who gets scerwed here??? Exactly.... retail investors, all imho. Carlisle ...more
