US Gold has an offer that the directors are looking at. It should be rejected, as the stock should be worth about $7.5, and that seems to be where it is heading. If you take the low market cap re the 1 mil oz of gold its a no brainer. JIMHO

Well we used to be able to gauge the rough Market cap by taking any grade of ore and pricing at $50 an oz. So 1 million oz should be at 50 mil. Now I know that grade is a major factor, but forward looking, and the expected gold bull taking gold higher, the minimum should be $50. We used to use the $50 for even 1/3 oz a ton. So as the price of gold rises, there should be an increase for the price ...more

well Agnico was drilling NORMA and nothing on that front and the recalc of resource still hasn't materirailized so until then its a waiting game
