The initial USGL offer was made in early Mar. That was 6/7 weeks ago. That is more than wnough time for the independent Bd committee to reposnd. I wonder what is taking so long. I note that none of the 4 targets have issued any announcement. Maybe USGL is trying to sign up all 4 deals and that complexity is slowing down the process. In any case we shoul hear something soon. Everyone is waiting for the the formal offer sheet from USGL's lawyers. I was told on Friday that it would be out towards the end of this week or the begining of next. There should be news from everyone after that.
