Why the big drop?

I realize there was very little volume but why the 15% drop? Anyone have an idea. Also why has management expresssed no opinion about the USGL offer. They have certainly had enough time. I would hope the deal goes through but at a better exchange ratio.

the exchange ratio looks great right now when you look at CGR's price. But what is up with this stock? The volume is absolutely none. Don't get it. Any ideas?
