Discount from USGOLD offer.

Can anyone explain why this stock is trading at(or slighlty above) the US Gold offer price but all of the others in the transaction are trading at big discounts(almost 40% in some cases). Why is the market price so much stronger here than the others. Is it more likely this one will be consummated and if so why?

Coral has the most production, therefore sonme believe it is "safer"...
