nice surpise, nice number especially in a world of 1% gics.

Also doesn't hurt that debenture now trading almost 10% over initial price. Come for the food stay for the party.

yep - the F series is a ridiculous interest rate @ 8.5% that is now trading way over par. Hard to believe we picked this bad boy up for 91 cents on the dollar.............
