 Take a look at last year's annual meeting director results. IMO, quite negative. Also, as I recall there were some questions about the previous CEO's pay package and the need to get the shareholders the right to vote on what those pay packages going forward should be. Board 'rubber stamping'? And lastly, who was accountable for all the previous lawsuites and the last dividend ...more

.   The lawsuits were a legacy of the last acquisition and incurred by the prior company.  And who exactly is responsible for the pandemic?

There is a strong rumour that a Chinese lab in Wuhan was the original source; but then again, we may never find out the truth about this, I suspect. (It is a nice city, I visited it in 2016, and still breathing)

Glad to see that some unitholders are asking questions about Executive Pay! What is sad for unitholders was that Chemtrade lowered the bar for executive bonuses about two years ago, which has only reduced the bottom line!
