Anyone notice the tonnes of companies increasing their dividends of late except for? You guessed it, CHE.TO!

no increase in the near future with the capital being used for UPA expansion and possible new UPA plant build out.

The 'Vancouver Property Sale' will hopefully be used to pay down their debt load and if I recall correctly, that property is worth $200+ million, but IMO, as I don't trust the BOD and hence, it just may be all 'pissed' away. Hopefully I'm wrong but time will tell.
