Private placement

Looks like they made a good move at the time getting the PP @ $ 8.68  ($10 million dollar difference  with the share price so far today.
  Regarding the canadian dollar.
Chemtrade said that a change of 1 cent  is $3.8 million annual EBITDA so with todays rate $1.35 which is 10 cents better than their $1.25 assumption would give them $38 million extra EBITDA if it were to hold for a year.
Just some more facts that you shoud think about

Didn't you say you were leaving for good? Had you restricted yourself to thoughts on Chemtrade you wouldn't have come in for the criticism. Anyway, hoping that the dollar drop counteracts any global decline in product uptake.  Recessions are pernicious when it comes to management psychology - tentativeness/caution rules even in the face of demand.

(I said I was leaving in october.)   Where on Stockhouse does it say that while posting about a stock it is wrong  to to make personal remark about doing something nice for my my girlfriend? The money was made on a trade of Chemtrade so was part of my thought process when posting .  It appears you think it is ok to attack someone for making a harmless post?  Please post the set ...more
