National Bank upgrade Target: C$11.00

Takeaways Positive We are encouraged to see CHE deliver strong results in Q3 and 2022YTD (quarterly 2022YTD results have all been ahead of forecasts) that is expected to continue into Q4. Management commentary (apart from the higher 2022 guidance) is also positive and suggests continued momentum into 2023. While sodium chlorate remains subdued, we are encouraged to see some stabilization y/y, and we will look for any colour on a potential improvement in 2023.
