TimeTooSoar?
On August 5th, you posted that you were accumulating a position in Chemtrade. At the time, the unit price was around $8.80 a unit Can. The closing price on August 18th was $8.35, a drop of 5%.
You did express concerns about Chemtrade's debt, yet you were still a buyer? I find that very odd to say the least!
Just when do you expect to be wearing those "Blue Shoes"?

Kherson, That price is still decent. I bought more at 8.32. I continue to accumulate at these and lower prices. You do realize just holding gets you 7% with possibility of buyout/increased pay out/growth. My question is why are you even around here? to say i told you so to people? what is your angle? Why don't you move on?

The 7% that you talk about is actually a distribution and not a dividend. As for that distribution being increased down the road, that is not gonna happen nor is a buyout as Chemtrade simply has too much debt! Kherson

So what else is there to invest into Kherson? mr. guru, where is your $? and why do you hang out at this board?

7 percent distribution is still a good deal. I don't see why that would be a problem? From what I can tell their debt is mostly long term debt. Current debt is sitting at around 300k. Which is about the same as current assets. Many companies operate with debt. From what I saw they've been growing revenues. Am I missing something from your argument ?

Take another look at their financials....net debt is much higher than 300 million

TimeTooSoar, when do you think that the unit price will be back up to $8.83? Folks who took your advice last week are now under water! Kherson

Very ineresting comment Hundo22. The fact is that Chemtrade units were actually worth over $17 each back in 2017. Therefore you are correct that Chemtrade trust units have lost half of their value! Kherson

Who here is talking about 2017? we are talking about 8.80 levels.. hhhhh , if you aren't about the company and have set your mind to that stance. Leave the board already and take you money elsewhere.

Hi Hundo, kherson is just an animal that attacks shareholders on this board. If you want to make money ignore him. He is definitely disgruntled or is fighting an alternative motive here. I'm preferring to not answer that piece of trash anymore.

Chemtrade does not have shareholders! Sadly, TimeTooSoar does not know the difference between a share and a trust unit! Too funny. Kherson
