Payout Ratio for 2nd Quarter

Am I correct when I calculate that the 2nd Quarter payout ratio is hitting 58%?
First quarter payout ratio is 32% and mid-year guidance is projected to be 45%. Therefore, doing the math to get a mid-year average of 45% would require 58% for the second quarter?

I find it misleading they didn't just say what the payout ratio was for the first quarter....

They actually do say what the payout ratio for the first quarter was! What is odd is that they also say what the payout ratio will be for the second quarter, after you do the math! I guess that 45% is more digestable than the actual 58%, as according to my math. Hopefully someone else also does the math and comes up with a payout ratio % for the 2nd quarter? Kherson
