So I'm finally out

After years of holding I am free! free!  And as I broke even and the dividend was never cut, it was not such a bad investment after all.  Good luck to those of you still holding.

Errr, no.  Still holding in my RRIF.  My bad.  Age is telling! At least I have a nice profit there, so I'll hold on.

Sounds like you held for the rebound which will come with a dividend rate increase At double the mointhly payout the $16 was not an unreasonable price and I had 1k in each of 2 cash accounts...one inside my corp. Accumulated big time when the monthlies were halved and then Covid also banged things around. Since then I have lowered my ACB among 2 TFSA's 3 RRSPs, and the aforementioned two ...more

Thanks for your positive comments Barstool, however I have over 17 k of these gems. Luckily I only have  two losers, CHE is one of them. Hopefully your prediction of full recovery of these will come true. Good luck.
