CHP.un has massive development underway for the next
2 years, 5 years, 10 years and longer.
The fact that CHP has large operations means that it
takes a lot of development to move the needle.
For example CRR.un has more torque in this respect.
Even so. We will see steady incremental increases to
NAV year after year after year.
We have an income, steady safe performance and growth
without much dilution
