CHP.un appears to get no appraised value for tts massive development pipeling
This is not unusual.  Other REITs are similar

One bit of CHP.un is greatly underappreciated.

The Industrial segment is hugely undervalued and to boot it has oosles of 
development Industrial land that will be income producing in 3 or 4 years.

This one is a silent keeper

Agreed, I'll keep adding to my share count 100 shares at a time. $1420 or $1430 or even $1300 won't make much difference over time, I'll consistently beat 5% compounding, which I think is pretty good and hopefully outpaces inflation at least.
