Industrial segment

A year ago the Industrial segment was labelled as 13%
of the total value.
Values in this category are ballooning
I anticipate that Insustrial will be 15% on 
December 31, 2021

And then upwards from there

My anticipation that Industrials would increase to 15% of company  NAV to 15% on December 31 2021 turned out to be spot-on By 2025 with the addition of many new large buildings in the  GTA this share may rise to 20%.  Apartments will rise to about 5%  but that will not happen until 2030. By then, CHP.un will spin out the Industrial and Apartments into a new  ...more
