I couldn't announce this with a straight face!

after 6 years they raise the distribution by 1 cent per annum (and they appear to be proud)

"Supported by the strength of our business, we are pleased to announce Choice's first distribution increase since 2017. The increase reflects the confidence we have in our portfolio to continue to deliver steady and growing cash flows, and our strong financial position."

  • Subsequent to the quarter-end, the trust increased distributions to 75 cents per unit per annum from the previous rate of 74 cents per unit per annum (an increase of 1.4 per cent or 0.0833 cent monthly). The increase will be effective for unitholders of record on March 31, 2023.
