Canaccord Genuity analyst Mark Rothschild raised his targets for a series of real estate equities in his coverage universe on Monday.
His changes include:
- Automotive Properties REIT ( “buy”) to $13.50 from $12.60. The average is $12.56.
- Choice Properties REIT ( “buy”) to $16.50 from $15. Average: $15.69.
- Crombie REIT ( “hold”) to $15 from $14. Average: $15.61.
- First Capital REIT (“buy”) to $20 from $17.50. Average: $18.89.
- RioCan REIT (“buy”) to $21 from $20. Average: $20.85.
