I am thankful for the constructive discussion.  My short term prognostication is based on a balance of my chart assessment balanced with material progression towards some form of normalcy both within the domestic business environment and with general daily life within Canada. The federal government (regardless of party)does not have a great track record of procurement, even in the best ...more

I think it's really going to depend on Q4 results I think they're next week. I think if the leasing division looks like they are done losing money through impairment costs, bigger investors will come back. I believe chorus is only accounting for impairment if and when their lessees declare bankruptcy to reorganize, which is less conservative than other leasing companies. Q4 should make ...more
