Second buying dip of the decade

Delta variant playing havoc with the travel/hospitality names. 2020 was a golden opportunity to get some cheap shares. If we get there, I am ready to load up around $3.20 and below because the div is coming back next year and this will make a souring comeback.

What's your basis on guesstimating that the dividend will return next year? Are you under the impression that our collection rates, and full value on said collections will return to >90%? ... Because dividends were not paid by the Jazz CPA revenues. I'm in no way bearish CHR, (it's my current largest holding - and a drag on my portfolio as of late), But bullish sentiment without ...more

This covid mess is becoming stale news, while it may never be erraticated, people are learning to live with it and accept the fact that it's here for longer than we all want or anticipated. It's not quantitative by means but I am basing my confidence on that. People will want to get back to some normalcy just as many have gone back to restos since the summer lockdowns ended and soon they ...more

Just flew YOW->CDG a few days ago, and both YYZ and (particularly) CDG are happening places.  I will admit I did not poke my head into Y to see what was happening, but as we were taxiing in to CDG I saw two other AC birds.  And on my return there are not one but two birds flying CDG-YUL on the same day, a 787 and a 777. Meanwhile in France the HealthPass seems to be doing the trick ...more
