Who said very little people are flying…

Bullshit !! More and more planes are flying every day. For almost 30 years I live in North York right in the Atlantic path of  Canada/Europe . The most of the planes are landing over my backyard. Sure landing frequency is still less than before covid but picking up every day. I remember before covid every Sunday planes would line up in the sky just like traffic on 401 3 minutes a part , right now it is 6-12 minutes. I have invested lot of money in Chorus it is my the biggest holding in my portfolio. Just 2 weeks ago I bought another 7 000 shares in my wife's RRSP. I am confident ,last quarter Chorus hit the bottom of their earnings and from now on they should start making more money. All my portfolio are divided paying stock and as of now I am collecting nice dividends. Will wait for Chorus one as a last piece in my dividend puzzle.

Humans suffer from recency bias. Last year I was buying restaurants, nursing homes and this... when they were ground zero. My resto has re-instated their div and with that I've more than ...more
